Beverly Hills is a small city with three kinds of jobs for us: family homes in the flats, apartments south of Wilshire, and offices and suites in the business district. Each has its own locks, and each gets a price before any work.
Beverly Hills is its own city, surrounded by Los Angeles, with its own police and its own rules. North of Santa Monica Boulevard, the flats hold wide streets of large homes on deep lots, many with side gates, pool houses and long driveways. Farther north, the hills and Trousdale have gated homes on winding roads. South of Wilshire, the streets turn to duplexes and low apartment buildings. Between them, the business triangle around Rodeo, Camden and Beverly Drive is packed with shops, salons, medical suites and law offices in older buildings. Parking there is metered or in city garages, so tell us which entrance to use.
Homes in the flats often have heavy front doors with mortise or multi-point locks and a mix of newer smart locks added over the years. Apartments south of Wilshire usually have standard deadbolts and knobs, plus a shared lobby door or gate. Offices and medical suites run on commercial lever locks, sometimes on a master key system, with exit devices on stairwell and rear doors. Storefronts use aluminum doors with narrow stile locks. For a homeowner, the main win is matching every door to one key while keeping the finish. For a business, it is knowing exactly who holds a key after staff changes.
Beverly Hills is about 8.5 miles from the middle of the Valley in a straight line, so plan on 25–45 minutes. Traffic over the 405 or the canyons can stretch it, and the honest ETA comes with the price. Text (657) 478-8248 your ZIP, a photo of the lock and, for a suite, the building entrance and floor.
Yes. Text us early, even the night before, with the suite number and a photo of the door. We can come before opening, rekey the suite door and any inner doors that need it, and hand you new keys. Patient rooms and supply closets can each get their own key if you want.
On aluminum storefront doors it is usually the bolt dragging on a strike that has shifted, or a worn cylinder. Sometimes the door closer is out of adjustment. We check all of it, fix the part that is failing, and only replace the lock if it is worn out. You get the price first.
In most cases, yes. We rekey the house, pool house and gate cylinders to one key, or set it up so your key opens everything while the pool service gets a key for the gate only. Send photos of each lock and we bring parts that match your finish.
