Yes. We can key the guest house to its own key and set up the main house so only your key opens it. If you want one key that opens everything for yourself, a small master key setup does that. Text photos of both doors and we will tell you what fits.
I give access to a lot of people. Is a smart lock better than rekeying?
It depends on how often the list changes. If people come and go every few months, a smart lock with codes saves you from rekeying each time. If the group is stable, a rekey with a few copies is simpler. We install both and can talk it through when you text.
I work late at the studio and got locked out at night. Is that a problem?
